Creating a Home

Creating a Home

After several months of looking, we found the perfect place for our students to live! We are so thankful for God’s provision; this accommodation is more than we could have hoped for.

Now comes the fun part—furnishing our new place!

We want to reach out and invite you to join us in creating a home for our DTS students. Bellow is a list of our furniture needs (we’re striking things out as we get them!).

Local donations: Please email us to get our street address.

Online donations: If you live out of the area and would like to buy something online, we’ve included links for various items which are readily available online. (However, please don’t feel limited to these suggestions!)

Financial donations: You can give online here or bank transfer to Youth With A Mission Sydney Hills Incorporated BSB: 032-078 Account: 284521. Please note your name and then forward us your confirmation to info@ywamsydneynewtown.com with a note about what it’s for so we can thank you.

If you would like to donate items, whether it be preowned or store bought, we ask that any donations be in good condition and of good quality, as we desire to cultivate a comfortable living situation for our students. Thank you so much!

All donations can be shipped to:

YWAM Sydney Newtown
PO Box 131
Newtown, NSW 2042
Australia

Please note if purchasing from Ikea: In order to avoid pricy shipping costs, please place orders through the Click and Collect option and select the Tempe NSW location. When entering collection details, select the “enter an alternative person to collect your order” option and enter YWAM Sydney Newtown in the attention.
